Branding & artwork

Getting your logo on it, properly

What artwork format should I send?

Vector artwork is best: an AI, EPS, PDF, SVG or CorelDRAW (CDR) file with the fonts converted to outlines. Vector scales cleanly and is essential for screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving and debossing, where the method follows clean lines. For full-colour methods such as DTF, digital print and sublimation, a high-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 dpi at the printed size works well.

What if my logo isn't in vector format?

Send what you have. We redraw or vectorise it for the branding method and position you've chosen, and digitise it for embroidery, so you don't need to arrive with a print-ready file. If your logo needs redrawing we'll tell you before we start, and you approve the result on the proof.

Why do my fonts need to be converted to outlines?

Outlining turns text into shapes, so it prints exactly as designed, even on equipment that doesn't have your font installed. If you can't outline the text yourself, send the font files with your artwork.

Can you match our brand colours?

Yes. Send your Pantone (PMS) references. Spot-colour methods such as screen and pad printing are mixed to those references. Full-colour methods such as DTF, digital print and sublimation build colour from CMYK, so the match is close rather than exact, and the material itself (fabric colour, metal, wood) affects the final look. If an exact match is not possible, we say so on the proof.

Can you embroider from my logo file?

Yes. Embroidery is stitched from a digitised version of your logo, which we prepare from your artwork. Very fine detail and small text don't stitch cleanly, so we may simplify them slightly, and you'll see exactly how it will look on the proof.

Which branding methods do you offer?

Screen printing, pad printing, embroidery, DTF, direct-to-garment, heat-transfer vinyl, sublimation, laser engraving, deboss/emboss and doming. We match the method to the material and the brief rather than forcing one approach onto everything.

Will I see a proof before production?

Always. Nothing goes into production until you've approved a proof — showing placement, size and colour — in writing. That sign-off is the one step we never skip, on any order.

Ordering & minimums

Getting an order started

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimums vary by product and by branding method. Some items brand affordably from just a handful of units, while others — especially screen printing or custom manufacture — only become economical at higher volumes. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we'll confirm what's realistic and price it accordingly.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can browse the catalogue and request a quote without creating an account. Company-store customers get their own private, branded storefront, but nothing is gated behind a login just to ask.

Can I order a single sample first?

Often yes, depending on the product and the supplier's stock. Ask us and we'll let you know what's available as a sample, and what it costs, before you commit to a full production run.

What can you actually supply?

Apparel, headwear, drinkware, bags, technology, stationery, awards and gifting — sourced through every major South African supplier, all through a single point of contact.

Turnaround & delivery

Timing and getting it to you

How long does an order take?

It depends on the product, the branding method and the quantity — a simple in-stock item with one print position turns around far faster than a large embroidered or custom-manufactured order. Once we understand the brief we give you a realistic timeline up front, so a deadline is never a surprise.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes — we deliver across South Africa: to your office, your branches, or an event venue, on the schedule we agree.

Can you deliver to multiple branches?

Yes. We regularly split a single order across a branch network, which is one of the reasons storefronts work so well for multi-site teams.

Can you work to a hard deadline?

Tell us the date up front. We'll be honest about whether it's achievable for the products and branding you want, and recommend alternatives if it's tight — rather than promise a date we can't hold.

Storefronts

Private storefronts for your team

What is a storefront?

A private, branded store built for your organisation — a curated, budget-controlled range that your branches, departments or staff order from directly. We build it, host it and run it for you.

How long does it take to set up?

Storefronts go live in days, not months. There's no software for you to buy and no IT project on your side — we handle the build and the running of it.

What does a storefront cost?

The store itself is built and run as part of the service — it’s funded through the products your team orders, not billed as a separate software licence or setup fee.

Can we control who orders and how much they spend?

Yes. You set the approved range and the budgets per branch or department, so spend stays controlled and every order stays on-brand — no more off-brand merch appearing from a branch’s own initiative.

Payment

How paying works

How do I pay?

Payment is by EFT against an invoice. We confirm pricing on your approved quote before anything is ordered, so the number you sign off is the number you pay.

Do you require payment up front?

Terms depend on the order and the account, and we set out exactly what's required when we confirm your quote. Custom and large orders are typically confirmed with a deposit before production.

Will I get an invoice for my records?

Yes — every order is invoiced, so your finance team has a clean record of what was ordered and what it cost.

What currency are prices in?

All pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR).
